Y axis only moving a few mm when homing

I've been using my mk2.5s heavy recently. Had an issue where it stopped at the end of the print and complained about thermal runaway. So i redid the print and decided to setup octoprint, dug out my 3b and set it up. I noticed during print of the case i wanted to use for the pi that octoprint said that the print area was to small for the print and my nozzle wipe was 4mm from where it usually was. Okay i looked up the bounding box for prusa mk2.5s, the y was -4/210. So i put that in exactly like that. Now it won't home correctly. I reset it for calibration and it tries to home at the front of the printer rather then where the switch is. Almost like the Y axis motor is now reversed. Octoprint shouldn't have changed firmware settings. I did reflash the current firmware and no change. Any ideas to how i can fix this? Nothing was changed in the wiring.

This is what its doing.

I do have another board but kinda concerned that this happened after i changed the bounding box setting in octoprint. I've been printing very heavy with minimal issues until i made a change to try and figure out what was giving the thermal run away.
