xyz Calibration Cube (20x20x20) - Z Height 20.2mm
OK, I've racked my brain all day trying to figure out why my Mk2.5 prints anywhere from 0.15mm to 0.20mm on that 20x20x20 cube. X & Y, perfect. The prints are perfect, except for what seems like 1 extra layer. Opened up the GCode in Vim & see it goes to Z:20.0 and no higher. Sliced with & without the elephant foot compensation to see if that was it, that might have made the difference between the 0.15 & the 0.20 difference I saw. When I do a 40x40x40 cube, it is still that same height, so it is constant, doesn't increase or decrease on the size. Calibration is good, doesn't fail, no errors, nothing, just 0.2mm taller than it should be. This could have been a problem since I got the Mk2 in 2016/2017, but I am fairly positive I've done the xyz calibration cubes before and measured them.
Any clues, ideas, what I might be missing would be greatly appreciated.
RE: xyz Calibration Cube (20x20x20) - Z Height 20.2mm
I just did a 25x25x25 cube in vase mode. Dimensions are about as good as you can get FDM wise. Z was only about 0.05mm high. Reason I did this I saw someone in a forum somewhere said they were getting 0.20mm higher print when using infill. So I wanted to test and it seems I'm in that same ballpark.

Im having the same issue, were you able to fix this?
RE: xyz Calibration Cube (20x20x20) - Z Height 20.2mm
No I didn't find a fix. I had kind of forgot about it. I'm guessing there was't some sort of miracle in firmware or slicer releases. I haven't tried another slicer either. I will have to revisit this when I get some time and see if I can figure it out.

seems like you were correct about the infill, I changed to cubic infill and now my cube is almost perfect !
