Problem saving a new 0.8 nozzle profile in Slic3r

Hello,
I just upgraded my MK2 to MK2.5, and during this process I changed the nozzle with a 0.8 one.

In Slic3r I started selecting the 0.6 nozzle system preset, and from there I started tuning the values (extrusion, nozzle diameter, speed, etc.). When I clicked on the blue disc (save button) in the "Printer settings" putting there a new name, worked as expected. Selecting then the "Print Settings" tab, saving it with a new name (for example "0.45mm 0.8 nozzle"), a new profile seems to be created, but with another name ("0.05mm ULTRADETAIL") instead.

What I noticed, apart of this odd behavior, is that if I switch the printer (tab "Plater") or I close and reopen Slic3r, the new profile disappeared! It's so frustrating!

So I'm kindly asking you, what's the best way to create a new profile and use it in a new printer settings?

I forgot to say that I'm using the latest Slic3r release (1.41.0)

Thank you guys,

Giorgio

Can't you just give each type of profile (print setting, filament, printer) a new name on save? I do this all the time.
