How to deal with a situation where during Z calibration, Z calibration is enforced
Ran the assistant calibration successfull. Now when issuing a print I always get above message. So what idiocy is this? During the mesh bed leveling(G80) an error occurs telling to do a z-calibration and then during z-calibration the same error occurs. This goes on and on and on.
This is really annoying and I'm totally upset.
Make sure the Z axis top end holder brackets are correctly placed and firm.
Cheerio,

Hello Diem, thank you for your response.
Z axis top end holders are in place and tight. What I'm wondering is that during xyz calibration everything works fine and confirms ok. It even tells me that X/Y is perpenticular, so for my understanding the checkpoints for the z-calibration should be within tolerance.
cheers
I'm trying to remember if overtight trapziodal nuts are an issue with the 2.5, check them and the Z axis linear bearings, maybe lubricate the smooth rods.

Hi Diem,
many thanks for all your suggestions, very much appreciated.
I've checked all your suggestions with no avail, but finally found the reason of this issue.
It seems the pinda probe was a tick too high, when I pushed it slightly down to approx 0.8mm distance to the bed everything worked like a charme.
