Visible dent on steel sheet, no reply form prusa shop order 192380536
Hello,
Do you know how much I need to wait for customer care from prusa shop ?
I received upgrade to mk2.5s with smooth plate on 4.12.2019 after one hour of RTFM I sent information to customer about visible dents on one side of surface. Since Today no replay what I shall do with this plate.
At the moment I am printing on second plate with texture and it looks great.

yes, I contacted with chat. They propose to print on the other side to make flat on bed one. How come ? Is PEI getting soft on 90 deg C ?

Post a pic. Some PEI imperfections can smooth out over time.
