Y axis offset/slip with one print

I have just upgraded from MK2s to MK2.5s and everything seems to have gone well. The first few prints have been perfect apart from one, which keeps failing at the same place with a >10mm offset on the Y axis.

The photo below is from 2 different prints...

The problem is consistent so I was able to record it happening and it seems to be due to a particular section of the print causing vibration. The vibration is about 10 seconds into this video:

Looking at the slice for this layer I can see the infill in this section is quite “intense” and to be fair I am running at quite a high speed. However, the same problem occurs with normal, slower print speed settings and <50% speed.

The Y belt seems fine and prints are perfect otherwise. I realise I can probably slow the print down even more but I was hoping this could be detected as a potential problem at the slicing stage.

My questions are:-

  1. Is the axis slipping inevitable for this section due to high speed vibration or is there something wrong with the printer?
  2. If it is inevitable with vibration, is the slicer able to predict and avoid this rather than me finding potential issues in the prints by trial and error?
