MK2 to MK2.5s Upgrade Seems To Be Over-Extruding

Just upgraded my trusty MK2 to the MK2.5s.  Had the kit since early 2019!

Everything went ok, however!

Using my S3D settings from the MK2, which worked great, it is now appearing to be over-extruding.

Calibrations went fine.

Loaded latest firmware, at least I think so, ran a test print to see how it did and the tops of flat areas are wavy, like you might see on a first layer, indication over-extrusion.

Using Pronterface I checked filament feed.  Both times it fed 95mm out of 100.

I checked the esteps for the extruder and they are at 133.  Calculation would suggest 140 is the desired setting.

Running at 133 and an extrusion multiplier of 0.93 and it is really over extruding.  Running now at 0.90 extrusion multiplier and it is better but maybe still a little over.

I am fine with leaving like this but wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions.  Is there something I am missing?

Thanks for any info.

I am a bit embarrassed but I did solve this!
I have a line in the start script to set the steps for the extruder.  I forgot it was there!

Nice to actually find a reason though.
