How do I order the V cables for the upgrade? I seem to be missing the hotend fan V cable

I can't find anywhere in the shop where I can get a replacement V cable for the hotend fan.

Trying to get my printer back online after a long hiatus.  Been going through a few issues related to the original upgrade parts vs current upgrade parts.  (Design was spun but not backwards compatible.  Not a bad thing, but would have been good to highlight that when I was purchasing the parts.)

Thanks

In chat with "help".  This is what they are saying...

Hello. How may I help you?
Michael Andrews 13:56
I am working on doing the electronics upgrade to my printer.
However, it seems that I am missing the V cable for the Noctua fan.
So I am trying to find out how to order the part. I can't find it on the website.
Pedro 13:58
Hi Michael, the V cable of for the noctua fan? This comes together with the Fan, is not sold separately
Michael Andrews 13:58
Then it was missing in my package. I don't have the cable.
Do II have to order a new fan?!
Pedro 14:00
How do you mean it was not in your package? did you order it from us?
Michael Andrews 14:00
I ordered it from Prusa. I have the new fan. There is no v cable.
Pedro 14:04
Can you please provide me the order number and a picture of what you received?
Michael Andrews 14:05
No. I would have to look that up and it was many months ago.
This is a simple cable.
I got the original parts quite a while back. I don't think the original kit had a v cable in it.
I didn't get to work on the printer for many months.
Now that I finally have time, I hit this problem.
This is not a complex cable. I'm not sure why it would be a big deal to just let me buy a replacement.
It would be the same as if the cable had gotten damaged. Still needs to be replaced.
I am not asking for a FREE part. I am asking to ORDER the replacement.
Pedro 14:10
Now I understand what you mean. We don't sell this Michael, my apologies for this. You should still be able to use the adapter from the previous fan without any problems from what I'm seeing
Michael Andrews 14:10
I DON"T HAVE IT. This was originally before they were using the new fan and bed level.
So there was NO cable to "use".
End result is I need a replacement. I can't use what I do not have.

I have the one for the PINDA. But I do NOT have the one for the fan.

Original Prusa i3 MK2.5 upgrade brings several improvements from the MK3, however, there are not enough pins on the on RAMBo 13a(10a) board's connectors. Using v-cables we will split one cable into two connectors.

Pedro 14:19
If you need a replacement I will need you to provide me the order number of this. I had a look on your orders and I can't find anything for the past months that you have ordered the noctua fan from us. Can you please provide me the order number of this? Without it I can't do much
Michael Andrews 14:21
SO how can you not just order this part?
Surely there is some method to get a replacement if it is damaged.
This is not a complex or even printed part. It is a cable that if I hadn't been laid off I would make in less than an hour.
This is my machine and I'm sure you should see at least the electronics package and the other printed parts orders I have made. Including the parts that just shipped this week in order to try and get the printer going again.
This part can't be more than a few dollars. I'm not asking for anything extraordinary.
Michael Andrews 14:26
But I need that cable to make the printer work. Otherwise I have an expensive brink.
The fan needs the breakout to work properly.

This part is not shipped with the fan and we don't sell it separated

Finally, someone who could actually make this work.  First time I have ever had this much difficulty in resolving an issue.

Part ordered.

With luck I will be back to printing mid next week.
