Calibration Wizard and First Layer Calibration Fails
I've had my 2.5s with mmu2s for a 4 years or so and have printed quite a bit, so kind of a veteran at this stuff. My Mini Rambo 1.3a failed, the bed heating circuit stopped working and I ended up buying a exact utilimaker replacement. I got it all hooked up, loaded up the latest 3.10 firmware, all went really well. However...
Because I was having trouble with the calibration wizard, keeps failing at the extruder filament sensor, though it tests just fine in settings. Anyways I ran the XYZ calibration and it finished with flying colors, however when I try to do the first layer calibration, it fails as it is doing the 9 point calibration, on point 4, see video, and finishes saying there is a minbed error. https://www.facebook.com/100000667841462/videos/4774136642651314/
Everything else seems like it is working fine, the 9 point calibration works in another calibration, can't remember which one, at the moment.
I have gone through one form or another of calibration probably 15 times...my forehead is sore.

are you getting a
"Mintemp Bed" error?
If so this is usually either very low ambient temperature (Below 15C) Confirm by looking at extruder temperature
Or a misplaced (Improperly seated thermistor connector,
Or an open circuit thermistor circuit ( the wire may have failed electrically, or visibly broken,
if the extruder temperature is showing, say 20C and the hetbed is showing 0C
then you could try temporarily swapping the thermistor connectors on the controller board.
If the fault stays the same, the problem is towards the controller, if the extruder goes to say 0C and the bed display shows say 20C then the bed thermistor is the problem!
if both shoe say 20C, then you may have had a poor connection before..
Whatever happens DONT FORGET TO PUT THE THERMISTOR CONNECTORS BACK WHERE THEY BELONG! 🙂
Prusa seem short of thermistors.
e3d-online seem to have Prusa Specific Thermistors, in stock
