Top belt tracking and noise
I just finished assembly of my semi-assembled XL. I noticed that the right side XY motor pulley wasn't tight. I looked in the documentation for any belt tracking information, but only came up with a belt tensioning article. I centered it on the belt and tightened it to the motor shaft, with a grub screw centered on the flat of the motor shaft. I went ahead and did the belt tensioning according to the documentation. I'm noticing that during motion the belt is tracking up and down that pulley until it contacts the top or bottom of the pulley. The belt then rubs and creates some cogging noise. This doesn't seem correct to me.
