Will a Pi 3A+ work

Ok, hear me out, and I have read the forums.  A long while ago (more than a year) I found a posting on prusa printers.org that was a remix of the Einsy box and a header adapter to allow a Pi 3A+ to interface to the MK3S just like the Pi Zero W ( https://www.printables.com/model/31482-raspberry-pi3a-mount-for-prusa-mk3mk3s).  I've been running this with OctoPrint for more than a year.  No issues, and no warnings from the Pi of under voltage.  Even run a USB WebCam off of it (I know that is not a capability yet).

Can I just build the PrusaLink image on a new SD card and install it in the 3A+ and go from there?

RE: Will a Pi 3A+ work

Hi, yes, on rpi it's the same port and if the power consumption does not introduce any problems, then it should work. I probably should ask about the 5V capabilities of the einsy and what is the limiting factor, because there is the mmu which also uses quite some power, so idk whether we're concerned about running both, or if the pi itself inches closer to the 5v rail limit. I've seen testing connecting them like this, but don't remember if they had external power.

Thanks for the info.  My MMU2S is still in the box.  I’m not wanting to go all in since I will be evaluating PrusaLink against my OctoPrint/PiFarm setup.  I intend to swap the SD cards that have OctoPrint and PrusaLink and test the PrusaLink/PrusaConnect.
