RE:

I have downloaded both and ran them through cmp and meld, there are no glaring differences, maybe some package upgrades. There are certainly not two different PrusaLink versions under these two links. How did you end up with the 0.5.2? Did you download it last year? Was it really a fresh download off of here? Where? I really should go work on features and stop trying to disect binary images to verify they are correct :/

RE: Raspberry PI4

I really don't know lol. I got version 0.6.1 to work. I closed all the random tabs and windows I had open after that thus completely destroying any hope of documenting my success. =)

Okay, no problem, I just hope there are no rogue links hiding somewhere tripping people up. Sorry for being impatient. The camera stuff got kinda intense.

RE: Raspberry PI4

Hi, I installed version 0.7.0 of prusalink and flashed on raspberry pi4. As I read, the printer connected immediately and I could start the wizard. I already printed a few projects via prusa connect, there were no problems and the print came out fine.

However, I have a problem with connecting the second prusa to prusalink. When I connect it with raspberry by cable as first printer nothing happens. I also tried to add a new printer via prusa connect in the top right bar, but there is only raspberry pi02w option.

Do you have any solution to easly connect mor printers with prusalink to prusa connect by raspberry pi4?

I would be grateful for any advice.

RE: Raspberry PI4

Hi, connecting multiple printers is not supported. I think it is possible to configure it in such a way but it would be tedious as heck. I wanted to try and configure it, but never got around to doing it.

Just think off the top of my head, I think it should be possible by running a session for each printer. There’s a video on Chris Riley’s channel for running multiple octoprints. You’d just have to change it for PrusaConnect.

im in the same position so I’ll be looking into this further.

RE: Raspberry PI4

It definitely is one of the more requested features. The problem with it is that the app absolutely does not support it at all, so you'd be just running multiple instances side by side, with no usb switching, you'd probably have to ensure your printers get the same /dev device as before using udev rules and a lot more. You can specify the config for each instance in its command line, then you can set the printer settings and other file locations in that, but i'm a bit rusty on how exactly would one do that and have never tried it before. Just providing a jumping off point
