Wrong first layer over support structure

Today while printing my 1st part using input shaper and regular supports noticed that the first layer instead of going "against the grain" or perpendicular to the support structure it went along the structure thus having a very poor support for most of the lines.

RE: Wrong first layer over support structure

That should have nothing to do with IS, it is a slicer problem most probably - does it generate the same problem using "normal" profiles? There is a slight chance it is some kind of mistake in the IS slicer profile, but more probably it is a general behavior? What is the setting of top interface layers? (if the green layer in the middle image is already the object then it seems there is no interface at all, that might be a IS-profile specific setting or a misconfiguration)

Please attach your zipped up project file saved from Prusa Slicer (File>Save Project As).  That will allow anyone here to slice with exactly the same settings you are using as a PS 3mf file is a snapshot of everything including your profiles, the model, any modifiers, placement etc.

It must be zipped or the forum wont accept the file.  The forum is very limited in the types allowed.
