Very pronounced layering
I'm using 5.0 and PrusaSlicer 2.6.1 with input shaper printing at Fast Detail setting with all the other setting not modified from came from the set up, but as you can see, I am getting horrific layering on just about anything I print now.
Any thoughts?
RE: Very pronounced layering
check your Grub screws on your X and Y motor pulleys, one should be firmly tightened against the flat on the motor spindle and the other should then be tightened against the curve of the motor spindle.
also check the movement of the X and Y Carriages, they should move smoothly on the smooth rods.

RE: Very pronounced layering
Thanks for the suggestions! I checked all the screws, they are very secure and the carriage glides without any issues.
Any other thoughts?
RE: Very pronounced layering
if the layering is in one direction, look closely at the motion equipment in that axis.
it looks like the layering oscillates around a vertical plane suggesting perhaps a loose belt or restricted motion control.
if the model had started to progress (lean) in one direction or the other, you would be looking at lost steps or jamming of the motion equipment or a loose belt skipping over the drive pulley. but the image doesn't seem to support that.
