Draft in Input Shaper
There is no Draft in the Structural settings. Is there a reason?

Do you mean 0.3mm layer height? Print speeds used in "0.2mm SPEED IS" profile are already close to maximum volumetric speed that hotend@standard nozzle can handle, so there is not much sense using higher layer height (one would print with higher layer height, but with lower speed).
Draft is draft, it is neither structural nor decorative but merely a quick and dirty check that the part is printable and the sizing and alignments are correct. It is the 3D print equivalent of the sketch on the back of a cigarette packet - the print is never going to be used so the cheapest filament (it will be thrown away) and quickest settings are all that's needed. Is the draft reasonably OK? NOW you re-print with quality filament and settings optimised for strength...

@Cipis: yes 0.3. still would like an answer to the question: is it ok to print 0.3 mm layer height with Input Shaper? @Diem: The same.

You can print 0.3mm layer height, but you will usually not save much time if any. So current 0.2mm SPEED is basically what can be used for draft prints.
