Prusaslicer Input Shaper makes omissions both lower and upper layers

Prusa Mini+, PrusaSlicer 2.7.1, Firmware 5.1.2

Test print PLA 3cm x 3cm x 1mm centered 13mm hole. Lots of holes on the edge with input shaper. Picture on the left

Significantly better without input shaper. Middle image

Best with Ocra. Picture right.

I have tried all possible settings with Input shaper, the result is always equally bad.

I hope that there are still improvements to be made in the Input Shaper.

Or does anyone have a solution to the problem?

Calibrate your flow rate and adjust the extruder tension. Maybe also calibrate the k factor.

Thank you Mark for your support.

I have now followed your adjustments.

Most of the success came from increasing the extrusion factor.
