Clicking 1st layer Revo Mini
Anybody else with clicking and filament stopping extrusion on long, difficult first layers?
All with Revo and no issues: which hot end fan are you using? The small one from E3d or the standard from Prusa?

I'm running the Revo with the Prusa hotend fans, they works like a charm with the IS firmware and 0.4 mm, but the prints with IS enabled are first layer height dependent, I had some clicking too until recalibrated the first layer offset.
Printing is done on textured bed with PLA and 215ºC/70ºC

I did the same now. Reworked the printers to be with the Prusa hot end fan. This solved the issue of clicking. Thanks for your help!
