What is it about a particular model that can cause clogging?

I just got a MINI+ this month, and have been having loads of fun with it, but I've run into a number of puzzling issues with two specific models that seem to consistently (as in 3 out of 3 attempts) clog the printer, typically somewhere around the 1st-3rd layer.

The most recent was this one https://www.printables.com/model/129426-super-mario-question-box (downloaded STL, loaded up into PrusaSlicer, added a couple custom supports, set Lightning infill but didn't do anything else fancy). I've tried it at 3 different scales, and each time the printer has clogged up all three times either in the first layer, or just a little bit into printing the second layer.

First-layer calibration seems fine, and self-check all passes.

After each clog, I've done a couple cold-pulls, cleaned the pulley (once), tried to print the model again and BAM... clogged.  Printing something else works fine, but if I try to print that model again... Clog!

Is there a setting I'm missing, somewhere?

A picture of the failed print might help us, also:

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Cheerio,
