Two good suggestions but this is the sort of design that would make a good beginner project.

You could, at a pinch, design one in PrusaSlicer but why not try TinkerCad?   You could even make it a joint project with your daughter contributing...

I came here to suggest Tinkercad as well, and am tempted to throw together a brief tutorial for you. We will see how my afternoon goes.

It seems worth adding something from own experience, which is that I put off getting into Tinkercad for months, instead spending ages clicking through pages of yeggi.com search results, looking for suitable models. While I'll say that viewing so many models was not exactly a waste of time, the day I finally logged in to Tinkercad, and turned out my first design, I had to chuckle at myself for being so resistant. In so many cases, it really is easier to quickly design what you need, rather than searching, and settling for something close. For example, designing an E would take roughly the same effort as creating and monitoring a forum post. Of course, the other side of this is avoiding reinvention of the wheel. At any rate, here is your q&d guide to modeling letters from the alphabet in Tinkercad:

1. Create a Tinkercad account.

2. Log in, and choose to "Create new design."

     2a. In the upper left you will see a random name has been generated for your new design. Click it, and rename it to, "Letter E."

3. Observe the Workplane. It appears as a grid. To the right, observe the assortment of Basic Shapes. You'll see a cube, cylinder, sphere, and several other shapes. These are your main tools: shapes, and the Workplane. Youll notice there's more to see, but you can be confident in keeping it simple for now.

4. Look at the shapes closely, and find the one shaped like the word, "TEXT." Now click and drag it from the Shapes menu, and drop it onto the middle of the Workplane. You should see 3D block letters, spelling TEXT on the Workplane, and a new small window labeled "Text," positioned to the upper right, will appear as well. This small window contains the adjustable parameters for the, "shape," you just added to the Workplane.

5. In the small window, find the parameter labeled Text, which has a text entry field directly to its right. (Hint: It is the first item below the two icons labeled Solid, and Hole.) Click in the entry field where you see, "TEXT," and edit it to only have the letter, "E." You will see your shape on the Workplane change to match your edits. With just the letter E typed into the Text parameter, you'll see your shape on the Workplane is a single, uppercase E. Congratulations on creating your first model!

6. Now click the button labeled Export, which can be found in the upper right corner. You are presented with a small window/prompt where you can designate the file format in which youd like to download your model. Select .STL, and your model will be downloaded, and saved to your computer. The file name will match the design name, in this case, "Letter E.stl."

7. Drag the .stl into your slicer, and set the print parameters as you wish. Don't forget to scale it up, to make it, "Big!"
