Surface small holes on the first layers PTEG printing

I have a surface issue on the first layers on the printing sheet (satin type) with PTEG filament. Up to two weeks ago perfect prints with different filament types (sample the picture with the orange filament), not I get small holes (picture white filament). I did again first layer calibration (twice), played a bit with temperature setting (eve if it is a Prusa filament), not much success.

I could not find something similar in the forum. Thanks for the support
