Supports getting harder and harder to remove
Hello,
I have been printing the same thing over and over again and recently, I noticed that the support on a certain area of the print (embossed logo under the object) is getting worse/difficult to remove. It gradually became like this, which is very weird. It was completely fine when I started printing that object a few months back.
Also I noticed that it's not only the embossed logo, but the rest of the supports is harder to remove too.
On the pictures, you can see what I mean. Side by side you have a print that has been cleaned up, and another on in the process of being cleaned up. On the latter I can't even see the lines delimiting the supports. I wonder what's going on.
Nothing has changed, I'm still printing the same file with the same filament (PLA). Printer is basically stock, only the heatbreak was changed (I was having issues with the stock one).
Any idea ? I'm puzzled.
Thank you
How old is your nozzle?

I changed it 6 months ago.
If you've been printing a lot this might be a hint that it's time for a new one. I expect roughly 1500 printing hours life from a brass nozzle depending on the filament type and pigment.

I'd take a look at your z-height calibration. It appears as if you're squishing the bottom layer so much that the support skirt is merging with the actual model.
