Assuming there is actually something wrong, I'd say your bed needs to be cleaner.

Of course having said that, PLA doesn't stick quite as well on the textured bed as it does on the smooth bed so that may have something to do with what you're seeing.

I would re-check the Z calibration and use an adhesion booster.

I've found that on the textured plate, things work best if the Z is set just to the point that the 'brush strokes' of the filament just blend in to the background texture pattern, when viewed from the underside of the test print.

Thanks for answering!
I'm printing on Satin.

I may have spoken prematurely.

It appeared to me from the photo that you were using the textured build plate.

I have never used the satin plate, but I've experienced the 'curl up' issue with the textured one and I answered in that context.

On the textured build plate, with the Z calibrated optimally, and with PLA filament, I've found the curl-up to be most troublesome when printing small items, or items with break-away supports with small support footprints.  In that case I've found Layerneer to be very helpful in keeping those supports from curling up.  Layerneer also goes on much thinner than glue stick, and will leave far less of an image on the bottom of the print.

Sorry if I confused the issue here.

I'm impressed with the attention and advice I get here.

Started 3D-ying at the age of 69.

It's SOOOOO fun.

Thanx from Lennart in Sweden

I started about that age too, not to admit my real age.
