RE: Splitting layers
A few things to check:
- PETG adheres better with hotter temperatures. Try bumping your nozzle temp 5-10C or reducing any cooling.
- Lower layer heights will improve adhesion between layers. At 0.25mm with a 0.6mm nozzle, you should be fine.
- Slowing down can give layers time to better adhere. You're at 20mm/s though, so should be fine.
- Calibrate your extrusion multiplier to see if you can reduce the gap between wall extrusions.
