Printing with PVB

Hi!

I have some problem with printing with PVB. Somehow at the end of the filament just curl up at the end of the lines. I tried many options, the filament is in a dryer all the time but its just still dosnt want to work. Anyone have any tipps or hints to make it work?

Thank you!

Replace default steel sheet for Satin Powder-coated Steel Sheet. I print everything on it, life is much more easier with this sheet, I didnt have this issue after I switched it...

RE: Printing with PVB

This is the satin powder sheet for the Mini. The one above is for the bigger machines.

I have never used either the satin powder sheets or PVB, so can't be of much more help.

Regards,

Mark

RE: Printing with PVB

I've printed PVB fine with the satin sheet but I don't see why it wouldn't work with smooth. From the picture I'd say the Live Z calibration of the printer is off. Try something like https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/105404 to finetune it.
