Printing lines on all layers
What I have done :
- Adjusted the correct tension of the filament extruder screw.
- Tried other brands of PLA.
- Checked the Bowden tube.
- Decreased and increased nozzle temperature.
- Reduced the printing speed.
- Reduced retraction (1 mm).
- Disassembled and cleaned the extruder system (gears).
- I even changed the extruder motor.
- Changed nozzle for a new one.
- Disassembled, readjusted the hotend and the mini PTFE tube so as not to have a gap.
Cleaned and greased every 200 hours without exception..... I do not know what to do !
Has anyone had this kind of problem before? I can do nothing with that !!
RE: Printing lines on all layers
This looks like over-extrusion to me. Try reducing the Extrusion Multiplier in Prusaslicer.
RE: Printing lines on all layers
Thanks Hoof Hearted, but after weeks of searching for the problem, I finally found it! The extruder gear was too worn to properly hold the filament. I ordered some from Prusa Research and installed it. Everything is perfect. It works like new.
Thanks everyone! 😊
