I was about to say the same thing when my brand new Prusa Mini didn't print as I expected it. Blobs and strings like hell while this file prints fine on my MKS3s. Neon Green Prusament PETG always stored in plastic bag. Guess I'll order a drybox to see if that helps. Never have this problem with 100s of PLA prints, but not with this PETG some six months ago either.

I'm also convinced that Mini's and PETG do not go well together.   Great results, low rejects with MK3, lots of boogers and excessive reject rate with Mini.

I guess YMMV. I don't seem to have many issues with PETG on my Minis. But Neon Green is definitely a bitch, without excessive drying it is hard to print on my Mk3S or Minis.

I use Overture PETG black on my stock mini with pretty good results. I changed the Generic PETG profile by reducing nozzle temp from 240 to 225. I do get a random blob from time to time though.
