Overhang problems

I'm having issues with overhang.

https://www.printables.com/model/118653-small-temptowerswait-for-tempchange-with-retractio/comments/383779#

I ran the gcode for the PLA from this printable and I get this result. I did it on a standard prusa mini+ with no upgrades. I did not change the gcode. Currently I'm thinking that there could be 3 reasons:

  • my filament is crap.
  • my filament is wet.
  • or my fan is pushing way to hard.

Any ideas?

SOLVED. It was a clogged nozzle that caused the issues.

After following this guide it now prints much better. https://help.prusa3d.com/article/clogged-nozzle-hotend-mk3s-mk2-5s_2008

RE: Overhang problems

This is not just overhangs, the whole thing looks just awful. I don't think it has to do with the fan. My money is on bad filament or wet filament. Or something with the model that the temperatures are not right. I'd try a different temp tower with high temperatures at the bottom, and different filament

Possibly printing PETG with a PLA profile?
