Not sure whats causing this.

Been trying to print some Feet for my Prusa-Mini but all the attempts thus far are acting as if they're over extruding. (See attached file)

Settings: Prusa's PETG, Nozzle-Temp 240c, Bed-Temp 90C, Nozzle Diameter 0.6, Layer Height 0.3, Perimeters 3, Retraction 3, Z-Lift 0.2 , No Infill, Filament humidity as shown on dry-box 20%.

Note: I've tried using both Random and Arachne Seam generation.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Not sure what the dry box measures but this looks like classic symptoms of wet PETG to me. I'd dry it overnight.

BTW, Arachne is concerned with perimeters, not seam,  but as much as a have issues with Arachne, this doesn't look like it.

oh, if you're concerned about vibrations, a $4 paver will do more for you than these anti-vibration feet.

Na the Feet are more about canceling out the noise that vibrations.  Anyways About the Wet PETG, Its been in a dry-box for the last month with desiccant. Usually sits between 18-20% humidity. How low would you recommend the  dryness be before the print quality starts to improve ?

I can't answer that.  I've never considered humidity levels. I use a PrintDry Pro dryer and dry PETG for 5 to 6 hours at 65° C
