Need help with hinges-holes @ Rugged Boxes
Hey Prusa folks! 🙂
I wanted to print the zx82net Ultimate Parametric Rugged Box. Previously, I printed several versions with Prusament Galaxy Black PETG, without any problems. But now I printed another version with Prusament Army Green PLA and I have problems with the holes for the hinges, see picture:
Otherwise the quality of the print is very good, only these small parts in the front make problems. Print quality last 0.2mm Quality, 5 perimeters (PrusaSlicer 2.4.2) and reduced the print speed on the display to 85% when I got to the holes. I already have three attempts through, with Arachne (PS 2.5.0 Alpha3), with variable layer height with and without Arachne and PS 2.5.0 and 2.4.2... - always similar result.
Anybody have any ideas that might help?
