Need Help: Same Print settings, different results.
Hi All,
As above, I am having issues with different print quality for two machines;
- same filament;
- same print settings;
- one is MINI while the other is MINI+
I have files printing out using same Prusament ASA filament and same print settings (sliced on same settings) and the only remarkable difference is one is MINI while the other is MINI+. Perhaps that answers my question but is there any way I can tweak the MINI to produce same quality as the MINI+? Results from MINI is pretty hairy and supports are harder to remove.
Any advise that may improve the quality is highly appreciated!

I'm assuming both Mini's are without upgrades (same hotend, same nozzle, etc.).. so the question remains: do both have the same firmware?
Other options... I guess older Mini has been used more than the newer Mini+. So, maybe you should check old Mini's heatbreak (clean and check PTFE tube length).

no upgrades, same firmware. will check on those that you mentioned as well.
I had a temporary solution though unorthodox -- I bumped the hotend temperature of the MINI to 240C (I am aware ASA filament requires 250-260C) but somehow it works fine.
