Mini shuts off mid print
So my new Mini is shutting off mid print. It acts like someone hit the reset button. The print head will sit there where it stopped. This is a new Mini, factory assembled. I tried different files and a different flash drive.
Anybody have any idea what to do?

It was working fine the first few weeks the I had extrusion problems. Now It prints well until it resets.

What firmware is installed? I ask, because older firmware (before v4.32, I think) had troubles with some flash drives.

I just got it about 3 weeks ago so it should have the latest. I can check for sure.
I tried a bit more after making sure all the cables are tight. I checked after about 3 hours and the print bed was pushed all the way off and the printer was making a birds nest. Now the bed leveling fails. I can see the X axis is skewed so I'll have to check that out when I get home from work.

Support by chat may be the best option. Either way, not enough information above to assist.
