How to fix bending of a box?

Hello,

I designed a box which contains 2 identical parts. Case is just split into half. I printed the same part twice.

As you may notice in the pictures I attached, I have issues on the short sides of the box. It does not align on both short sides. In the images I aligned the long sides. They are ok at this point.

What could be the reason for this? Is the x gentry of my prusa mini not aligned good enougth (orthogonal)??

Or is this possibly coming from print settings? (Infil, unsymetric print, etc).

The last picture shows the longer side of the case. There is also a bend there, because the sides drift away. I hope I described that properly.. 🙂

(Note: these are prototypes printed in PLA. The actual case (one half) will be over 160mm high and out of PETG)

How can I fix this issues?
