I believe the stl file from prusa github has built in supports; you should be able to print it fine with "no supports" selected in prusa slicer.
Minimum layer time can be a problem at the end of the print while printing the square not slot. To get around this print 2 or more fan ducts at a time. The first will have time to cool while the other(s) are printing.
ABS can be tricky due to warping. Put a cardboard box over the printer to eliminate drafts. You can also make the skirt the same height as the part for a similar effect.
Turn part cooling fan down real low, or off completely.

You are asking this in the Mini forum ?

The parts fan duct is already ABS.

Maybe OP has MINI and is printing parts for another printer? 🤷♀️
That part should already be ABS, people rather print it with carbon fibre composits or other high temperature resistant materials.

He wouldn't have a Mini on the 5th November! (Unless he was a Beta tester, but someone in that category wouldn't be asking those types of questions).
