How can I print this better? PETG

Hi there, I recently designed this sponge holder for our sink.  When I printed it, the vertical side came out horribly.  I used organic supports, and printed with

- Overture PETG in a ziplock bag with silica packets in it @230 deg. 

- I did not mess with speed settings.  

- Brim was enabled

- The overhang part was supported with organic supports

?

It MUST be printed in Prusament PETG or the spring tension will be wrong.

I also suspect that the narrow wall would benefit from a brim to stop it wobbling on the print pate - but one thing at a time...

I have not printed that before, I will give it a try, I have a few spools of Prusament PETG on hand.  The narrow wall did have a brim unfortunately.

Filament in a bag with silica gel does not guarantee it is actually dry. It just slows down how fast it absorbs water. Can you dry the filament? Aside from that, it does not look great. How long have you been printing with the printer? Have you ever done cold pulls and replaced the hot end PTFE tube?

I've been printing with it for a few months.  I've gotten a lot of successful prints with it, but this one just came out horrible.  I have not done a cold pull and replaces the PTFE tube. I will give that a try in a few days, worth a try.   This was with PLA below on the same printer.  Seems like the filament tbh is the source of the problem at minimum.
