Getting a weird major shift after the first 37 or so layers..

I have this rock thing I'm trying to print.  Pretty big mesh, some 400k surfaces give or take.  Prusaslicer doesn't complain when I generate the gcode. But every time I try to print it, after the first 37 layers, 5mm give or take, the tool head suddenly does a weird circle over the print bed and then resumes printing.  Problem is, when it resumes printing, the print has now shifted 2mm to the right.  Any idea what might be causing something like this?  I've been using bgcode and uploading the files to a pi running octopi to print.  All my other prints have been working until this one.  Tried a test print for something else after getting this weird error and that smaller test print had no shifting.

Update:  Switching to gcode instead of bgcode did nothing.  Problem persists ;(

Can you provide the 3mf file and generated gcode as zip?

If you open he gcode preview and see it lauer by layer, does it show those moves?

What PrusaSlicer version?

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.

I don't use or know what 3mf is.  I model with Rhinoceros 5.0 which doesn't have 3mf in its export list.  If the model is a mesh, I stick with STL.  Otherwise I use STEP format..  Anyway, I updated my firmware to the latest and not only did it print successfully, but in half the time it was telling me pre firmware update.

3mf is a file format used in sone 3d apps and slicers to store the project - models, settings and so on.

Import your part into PrusaSlicer, set up the slice then:

Files > Save Project as

Zip the resulting .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Cheerio,
