Best Adhesion for Satin Powder-Coated Sheet?
Hello All,
I just ordered and received the Satin Powder-Coated Sheet for my Mini upon recommendation of the Prusa sales rep. However, I am having a very difficult time with build plate adhesion on the powder coated sheet. Would anyone have any advice or recommendations I could try? And yes, I've gone through the first layer calibration, etc. Thanks in advance for any help!

Scrub and clean the bed with soap and water. I use a good coconut scrubber.

Also, the satin sheet is thinner, so you will have to adjust your first layer/live Z to more negative numbers.

I agrere
My second thing would be to adjust your Z offset. It is essential also.

Thank you!
Thank you for your replies and advice, all! I will utilize these tips and advice as much as possible and give another try! I believe I also saw in a video where Josef was cleaning the satin powder-coated sheet with Isopropyl Alcohol. Is that still recommended?

A good wipe with plenty of 91%+ IPA between prints. Every now and then, or whenever it's needed, wash with hot water and fragrant-free dish washing soap.
