Bad PETG print - Can anyone tell me what is going wrong?

Hello everyone, d you have an idea of what is going on in the print here above? I'm experiencing a big filament build up around the nozzle and a lot of blobs, voids and the overall quality of the print is very bad. I already verified if my nozzle is jammed, and it is not. It seems that the filament is flowing too much out of the nozzle, like retraction is not working properly (if this makes sense...).

Thank you

My first guess is your first layer Live Z is too low, and the nozzle is dragging in the filament, accumulating filament until it falls off in blobs and/or tears holes into your layer.

Not Only a problem of Z height

Thank you @fuchsr for your suggestion.

Actually it was a sum of factors: Z height too low, temperature too low and a multiplier too high for this new PETG filament. Evidently it doesn't matter if the filament is from the same producer; you change the colour, you need to check settings. Lesson learned.

The pigments added to achieve the desired color can indeed impact the performance characteristics of a filament, even from the same supplier.
