RE: ASA Nasty overhang issues
I have never had good luck with overhangs on ASA. A draft shield (full height skirt) does help. When it prints in the air, it warps and the next layer does not meet it correctly. I usually cut the part into pieces with a flat underside and glue them together with Acetone. It does not look like you can do this with this part.
The tops and sides of ASA parts come out really nice, but the bottoms have to be flat on the bed to look nice.

RE: ASA Nasty overhang issues
Hi Guys,
I have resolved it finally 🙂 So I discovered a feature in PrusaSlicer where you can see fan speed on each layer and here I discovered that my print is always printed with 0 fan even though my setting was e.g. min 20 max 50 fan speed, the root cause was checkmark "Keep fan always on" it was unchecked when I checked it, it got printed nicely 🙂
