X-Axis self test fail

Just completed the build for my prusa mini and the X-Axis self test fails. The connectors are correctly connected. During the self test the printer attempts to move the head but stops. I suspect it's encountering some resistance. What do I do?

In before the moderator approved the post... I solved it by doing a system reset.

@abb

How do you do a system reset?  Do you just mean pressing the reset button below the screen?  Or is there a more thorough type of reset?

not tried a Mini, on the other printers you Press the reset button, then hold the knob pressed until the display shows  factory reset, then choose to clear all data, once complete, re run all of the configuration routines!
