What does the no heart-symbol on the print sheet mean?

Some folk, have pacemakers to keep their heart beat regulated, and I believe the pacemakers are subject to service issues in the influence of strong magnetic fields.
the heatbed has a number of strong magnet attached, and
I believe the sign is suggesting that you keep pacemakers clear of the printer heatbed
