Under extrusion? at start of seam

I recently tried printing some PLA fidget stars with my Prusa Mini+. Several years ago I had no issues when printing the design. Recent efforts show what appears like under extrusion at the start of each seam (see pictures below). I contacted Prusa support and have already ruled out issues with:

-The type, age and condition of the filament

-The hotend PFTE tube (I have replaced this with no improvement)

-Extruder spring tension

-Cleanliness of the extruder mechanism (now clean)

-Cleanliness of the hotend (no blockage)

- Firmware and Prusaslicer fully updated

As suggested by Prusa, I tried tweaking the de-retraction setting. This helped at the seam, but then pushed out so much filament that prints were colliding with the nozzle. Prints were knocked off every time.

The machine has only seen hobby use. The problem continues. Do any Mini+ users have a potential solution?

Check the ptfe tube between the extruder and the hotend ( the long one).

Can you provide more details about the model orientation on the bed, where the seam is located? Or maybe you could share 3mf file as zip?

RE: Under extrusion? at start of seam

Hello,

Thank you for interest in my printing problem. This is causing me quite a bother. I am normally quite good at solving issues like this. In this case, I need expert advice.

I have checked the PTFE tube between the extruder and hotend. I do not see any physical damage or wear. Could I be looking for something else here?

The star is positioned flat on the bed and the seam joint is positioned towards the upright support column of the Prusa Mini (RHS when viewed from the front)

Here is the zipped 3mf file as requested.

Kind regards

Try switching to Prusament PLA @MINIIS, I glanced at the ESUN  filament profile and it has some custom gcode on start that changes PA setting, and this may cause issues.

Do you get those uneven extrusions in other parts of the print? (other seams in internal star elements)
