Shades of previous prints remain on the steel sheet
Hi everyone,
my Mini prints extremely well with PLA and PETG filaments. Objects adhere to the surface of the smooth steel sheet nicely and can be removed easily. However, I observed that "shades" of the previously printed objects remain visible on the sheet. These "shades" cannot be removed by scraping or cleaning the sheet with IPA, dish soap and glass cleaner. Unfortunately these "shades" are also visible on the surface of the following prints. Does anyone have an idea on how to remove them from the sheet?
Thanks,
Axel

Most should come off with soap and hot water. Try a (fresh) plastic scrubber (Scotch pad etc).

Sounds like you may have your z-offset a little too low. I only see print shadows on my bed if my squish is too severe.
