Safe drying temperature for prusament

I've finally got a drier: it makes wonders and has revived several very old spools of filament, but I'm not sure about the drying temperature to use (mainly for PLA and PETG).

I've been using the temperatures from  https://help.prusa3d.com/article/drying-filament_332086 (the spools are prusament), but it takes a lot of time (one day and half) and some products recommend to use higher temperatures: https://www.printdry.com/how-to-dry-filaments/ . It should cut the drying time, but is it safe to use for prusament? I think it is, but I'd like to hear from experienced users before doing something irreversible. Thanks!

Yup. That sentence was ambiguous 😀. The PrintDry recommended temperatures.

I throw my Prusament into the Printdry plus at its recommended temperatures all the time. No problem.

Which one? The printdry or prusament one?

Thanks! You'll save me many hours!

And do you have to screw the prusament spools (like said in the doc) or does it survive all these hours above 45°C?

I never saw the screw suggestions  but I never noticed any issues in years of using the dryer. With other brands I've seen the glued on labels come off.

That's good to know! I'll try my next spool `as is' and report if something goes wrong. Thanks again!
