Repeated clogging
I can't seem to get the Mini to print reliably anymore. The nozzle simply keeps clogging.
Steps I have taken:
Disassembled extruder to clean gear
Cold pull
Push filament in with acupuncture needle, then extruding filament via screen command
heat up hotend to 250C and push filament through
Readjusted idler (starting from zero tension to enough tension that it reliably extrudes)
Changed filament spools.
Dried filament.
Reverted to the basic spool holder coming with the Prusa Mini to have the spool sit right beside the printer.
Tried with PLA and PETG.
No matter what I do, the printer will print fine for a while and then get clogged. Sometimes it's a partial clog and it corrects itself, or I can help push filament manually in for a few sec to help it get working again, but other times it clogs completely.
At this point, I am not able to reliably print anything anymore. Just realized that I haven't used the Mini for month now, since I got tired off these clogs and revert to my other printers that don't have this issue. Which is a shame really, so I would like to fix this clogging issue and get the Mini back to printing.
What could be the reason for these constant clogs?

RE: Repeated clogging
I went through a similar period of the nozzle clogging also. I remembered a post about the hotend PTFE tube that may need to be replaced. I tried it and that seemed to do the trick for me.

RE: Repeated clogging
Replaced the hotend PTFE tube with some leftover Capricorn tubing. And now running some prints to see if that makes a difference.
Thanks for the input. Hopefully it does alleviate the issue.

RE: Repeated clogging
Just a quick update:
Haven't had a single clog since the PTFE tube replacement since then, printing both PETG and PLA for many hours.
