Prusa Mini Setup Wizard not passing on axis tests

Hello, I just got the Prusa Mini (semi-assembled) today, and assembled it just a few hours ago. However, when running the wizard, the axis tests are failing. Fan tests and heating are good.

Video of what exactly is occurring (heating tests cut): https://photos.app.goo.gl/tB2dM3fozMFBEBQC6

X-axis seems fine, moves smoothly with no noises, even though the test says that fails.

It's the Y and Z axis that seem to be the issues. From the video, you can see how the Y-Axis is too far forward, and so the Z-axis goes too far down and actually impacts, bends, and scratches the plate with the side of the extruder. I've tried doing auto home, but it just does the same thing. I'm sorta lost on what to do now, and any solutions would be appreciated. Thanks to all in advance

Just fixed it. The XZ axis was attached too far to one of the sides. Calibration works good now.
