Prusa Mini+ Print Quality Issues
Hi there,
I am having some serious Print quality issues with my Prusa Mini+ - I am still quite new to 3DP and don't quite know how to describe those issues and couldn't find much on the Internet about it - but basically very inconsistent layers and strange artifacts. Curiously one side of the print only has inconsistent layers, and the other has inconsistent layers and artifacts - see attached Pictures.
I already tried the following things to troubleshoot this issue:
- different models and g code
- printing with arachne and without
- different filaments (PETG, PLA, ASA)
- slower and faster print presets
- different nozzles, both brass and hardened, .4 and .6mm - of course with their respective profiles
- printing via OctoPrint and directly from USB
- stock extruder & Bondtech extruder
- new heatbreak
- checking the belt tension with Prusa's tool
- checking all bolts and squaring the printer in accordance to the documentation by Prusa
- cleaning the nozzle and rails, reapplying lubricant etc
The printer's self-tests all succeed.
Maybe anyone of you can help me out here, im at my wit's end. Also sorry if this is an obvious issue that i'm just too dense to understand.
Thanks and stay safe!

Is this a new printer? It looks like you’ve spent a ton of time and money on it. Have you contacted support?
