Prusa Mini and ESP-01(S) module - installation
Hello, I just received ESP-01S module, and I want to install it to my Prusa Mini, does someone have any photos which side I have to install it and to which connector?
Can also someone confirm, that wifi module is not working yet, or is it? If it is working how to configure it etc.
Tried to search forum, find nothing.

You can install it anyway you want, because it is not supported at this moment -- devs said somewhere this summer
(there is only one way the board can be placed int the board)
Mini with FW:4.4.1 + SuperPINDA + Bondtech Heatbreak + PC4-M8 couplers + 1 piece boden

The support for WiFI isn't included currently, last I heard it was due "in the summer". As far as a picture goes, the best I've seen is this one 
from the original announcement ( https://blog.prusaprinters.org/original-prusa-mini-is-here-smart-and-compact-3d-printer_30887/ ). Perdsonally I wouldn't install the module just yet, can't see anything going wrong, but just in case ... 🙂

i Have seen a video where the module is placed like this
but the module will not work -- the buddy board must reprogram the ESP01 so it can function as a WiFi receiver module -- that code is not in the current firmware

You might get updates on when the capability will be released if you watch this issue: https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware-Buddy/issues/412 but equally it might just appear in a future version 😀
