Problems with the Y Axis

I've started having issues with my Y Axis motor or the belt not really sure what's causing the issue. I've tried tightening the tension on the belt, that helped a bit, I think. I even took off the T16-2GT pully and made sure it was orientated correctly on the motor shaft and that didn't improve anything. Both times after adjusting I've run the axes self test and the Y axis keeps failing. I'm including a video of the issue, but my best guess is the Y axis or the carriage is out of alignment maybe. I'm unsure since I've only had my printer for little over a month.

The first video is when the issue started and before I adjusted tension on the belt. The second is after I adjusted the belt and made sure the T16-2GT was oriented correctly on the motor shaft.

I found the issue, and you guys were right. I was just looking in the wrong place. I was checking for something blocking the carraige or the bearings from moving. What I didn't consider was the cord to the heatbed preventing the Y axis from moving all the way forward. It was getting caught on the BuddyBoard enclosure and caused the Y axis to fail every time. If I were paying more attention I would of noticed. Thanks everyone for your help!

Realized I didn't include the videos correctly in my original post.

It look slike something is limiting the distance that the Y axis can travel  can you see if anything is stopping full length movement of the Y axis

I looked everywhere and can't find anything that might be preventing the carriage from traveling all the way back and forth. Could the belt being too tight cause this issue?

RE: Problems with the Y Axis

Try to re-flash the Firmware, there is something wrong either with the Y homing or Y axis length set. What does say the Y axis test result?

When the printer homes, for the other end move  it is calulating the number of steps to reach the end of the oposite Y position. If it homes earlier than at the start of the sheet, than it bumps to the end and the the motors skipps the steps creating this "nice" sound.
