Problem with Hotend, material comes from the top

Hi, I'm fighting last 2 days with a new problem, that I didn't encounter yet. Look at my PLA prints:

By the first print (right) was the printer a couple of times in use without problems. I stopped the print and realized, that the 0.4 nozzle is full with PLA. I removed it for a clean one. I did a cold pull and also cleaned a feeding mechanism, especially feeding gear, which was full of PLA. So I put everything together, started a calibration in Z axis and then printed the same part again with prusa slicer recommended speed ans temperature settings. It started really nice like the last time, but after a while, there was the same problem.

Now I have the material coming from the top of the hotend:

Could it be, that I pulled the hotend from the cooler or what might be the problem?

I removed the filament from the printer and PLA from the top of the hotend, when it was still hot.

Pay particular attention to the diagrams at the bottom of this page:

As you are experienced a simple fitting error is unlikely but there are cheap 'clone' nozzles available that are a fraction short in the thread making them impossible to fit correctly;  sometimes these are sold as genuine E3D parts by unscrupulous traders...

Cheerio,
