No firmware on USB found, despite being on the USB, trying multiple Versions and USB's (all Fat32)
Hello,
first post here, sorry to make it a bad one, I got my Prusa Mini yesterday and it worked fine, but today it wanted to Update the firmware.
In the middle of it the power of my room was cut, now I have the problem that I can't flash it because it won't recognize the firmware on my USB or on any other. I even tryed multiple versions of the firmware and all the USB's are Fat32 formated.
Any sugestions what I could do about it?

Is the problem that it won't recognise the need to update and carries on booting or does it tell you it's an invalid firmware file?
If you've tried all the suggestions in the guide https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/firmware-updating-mini_124784 then it's probably worth using the web chat to talk to support.

Restart the printer by reset button while pushing the jogwheel (rotation knob) for 2-3 seconds.

Yeah zoltan, done that had a talk with the support and it seems to be a bigger problem. Ill update you all when there is a solution for it.

My firmware update would not work either. Elsewhere I saw that size of USB stick can be a problem. I changed from 4GB to 2GB then it started the update as expected.

I received a new board and after installing it it works great again, 10/10 customer service. Thanks for all the answers.
